Here they are! The newest additions to Double M Farm! 2 beautiful baby goats born over night here. Skeeter and Oreo. Not sure on boys or girls yet, I just haven't looked!
Oh I cant wait until I can get goats again. I sold mine thinking we were moving and we didnt so now I have to start over. I will be going to sales this spring. I hope to get a couple of pregnant ones. Congradulations to you.
Congrats on winning the seed ! The goats are beautiful. I made mozzarella cheese today. I get my supplies at www.dairyconnection.com My husband loves everything I make and it does not hang around long . Thanks for getting me into it. ♥ I can't buy that cellulose filled cheese at the store anymore. This is real cheese. Kay
Hi Kay! I haven't checked dairyconnection out yet. I'm pretty happy with the stuff from Steve at thecheesemaker, com tho. LOL, we use up mozz as quick as I can make it! Isn't home made stuff just awesome? No oils oozing out of it.....
Oh they are really cute! I spent a liitle time sitting in the pen to make sure they were both nursing well, hate to lose em because I didn't pay attention. They're both curious and are already loving the attention.
Yes, all of 2013 and part of 2012 are missing from the blog. You can thank Mike H for that. Almost all of those posts were about our great friendship and our partnership in farming. You all know how that turned out!
How cute! I love the black one. Glad they are doing well. Have a good day Rebekah
ReplyDeleteHope "mom" is catching up on her rest now! Love the names. . . . . hope everyone is staying warm. We are freezing here.
